Sourced from our local Jarrah forests, which do not routinely flower every year, this honey can be difficult to find at times. Jarrah honey is native to the amazing Jarrah forests of South West Western Australia. Its intense, full bodied flavour with a caramel aftertaste is very sought after both locally and internationally. A rich medium coloured honey, with a distinctive aroma. Jarrah honey is lower in glucose and higher in fructose causing it to crystallise must slower than other raw honey, and is widely known as a ‘healing’ honey.

Our Jarrah honey, with a TA35+ rating, is an excellent honey for those looking for the medicinal benefits in honey.
