Karri honey is a light coloured honey with a smooth taste that is sweet and rich. This honey is collected from the Karri tree forests in the far south of Western Australia. The Karri trees are very tall and only flower every 7 or so years, so it is a honey can that be very rare at times. Great for use in tea, coffee or cooking!
